If you shop online you seriously do not want to shop without Ebates. It’s practically like getting free money every time you shop at one of your favorite participating retailers. And you especially want to make sure you have it during this holiday shopping season.
What is Ebates? It’s a program that gives you back a percentage of cash on every qualified purchase you make with a participating retailer. I signed up and added the Ebates plugin to my browser so whenever I shop and a site I’m on participates in Ebates, a window shows up on the page that tells you just how much cash back you’ll get once you activate Ebates for your purchase (really easy—all you have to do is click on a button that pops up. There’s also an app that allows you to browse through deals and Ebates retailers right from your smartphone.
Some sample rewards you can expect to get at Ebates?
10% cash back at Sephora
10% cash back at Old Navy
10% cash back at NARS
7% cash back at Gap
7% cash back at ASOS
6% cash back at Nordstrom
4% cash back at ULTA Beauty
And there’s thousands of more participating retailers across fashion, beauty, toys, computers, movies, music, electronics, travel, home and garden, food & wine, and SOOO much more.
Not to mention some retailers are participating in Cyber Monday deals where you can get double the cash back AND browse through tons of Cyber Monday deals as well as everyday deals.
Man this would have been great for my Sephora purchases. Next time. Thanks

It’s SO perfect for Sephora!!! Dooo it :)
Oh my gosh Danielle!
I included Ebates in the two Black Friday/Cyber Monday guides that I did but it didn’t occur to me to do a post about how to use it…lol. I’m totally stealing your post idea!!
The best thing they ever did was partner with Amazon. I’ve been an ebates shopper for years.
I signed up for Ebates last month and I’ve already gotten my first “big fat payment” from them. Now, I make sure to check Ebates before any online purchase.
So, are you able to redeem the money from Ebates that you have gotten the cash back for? Or must you use your savings form ebates website? I just signed up and am wanting to shop. But just wondered about the money that you save…do you actually get that back to you?

Hey—yes, you actually get it back in cash! I set mine up with my PayPal account so the money goes there. I got my first payment a few weeks ago :)
