You know, it’ll be eight years since I’ve been writing this blog come November and I’m so happy that beauty products STILL make me excited. This means I picked the right field…lol. Not every single product I come across and post about is something I love but I still get excited all the same. But what makes me feel like fireworks are shooting from my heart is when I sit down to write about a product I love SO much that if I was on some Oprah status, I’d give everyone who read my blog for a month one to try for free. This is exactly how I feel about the new Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield (sent by brand for review consideration).

Um, this stuff is amazing. Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield is like primer, anti-aging treatment, SPF, and a Photoshop blur tool all in one super easy step. If you don’t wear makeup, Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield is your last step after cleansing and treatment (you can wear it after moisturizer or use it in place of your moisturizer). If you do wear makeup, you’d put this on right before applying your base makeup—my makeup application looked better after using Invisiblur. Instantly after applying I noticed my pores were all blurred out like someone passed my actual face through the Facetune app. I also love that any daytime moisturizer I love but doesn’t contain SPF can be rectified with using this layered on top.
Like seriously, the blurring and the whole primer, SPF, and moisturizer all in one thing has me a bit too excited…lol. They also work REALLY well with Cover FX’s new Custom Cover Drops (full review coming very soon).
Texture feels soooo smooth. No sticky feel at all—just smoooooothness. I’m in LOVE!
Look what it did for the back of my hand—the results on the face are even more amazing.

Hi Danielle- I’ve tried a sample of this and love it but wondered how it compares to L’oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur. Have you ever tested that product to do a comparison?
Btw…I’ve been following you for years and love your blog and Instagram accounts

Hi NaTasha!
Thanks so much for following my blog and IG! SO appreciate the love and hope to see more comments from you :)
I haven’t tried L’Oreal Miracle Blur but reading its description it sounds very similar to Invisiblur in terms of function. Biggest difference just from my reading on it is that Invisiblur has SPF in it. Hope this helps!
So you use this after moisturizer, in place of the primer? Or you still use a primer? #confused

Use it after moisturizer—it works like a primer plus has all the blurring effects and SPF :)
Would this work for oily skin?
